A large number of members and business partners attended the educational workshop and lunch on May 5, 2016 held at the Sheraton Hotel in Rocky Hill. Judy Hissong of Nesso Strategies, presented, "Performance-Manage or Evaluate". This session provided alternatives to the "traditional" review process and was interesting, motivating and educational. Karen Glowacki, Region 1 Director attended as well and discussed the Regional Conference being held in Boston this September.
